Kristin Crouch has been turning big ideas into bold, beautiful designs for nearly two decades. With a knack for creativity and a passion for storytelling, she blends strategy, design, and top-notch management to bring brands to life.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kristin’s creative journey took her to West Texas, where she earned a BFA in graphic design from ACU. But she didn’t stop there—her love for learning led her to grab an MS in Organizational Human Resources and Development, diving into the world of management. Armed with knowledge and ambition, she made her way back to Dallas, starting out in the nonprofit world before falling head over heels for the fast-paced restaurant design scene.
Now, as the Chief Creative Officer at a local ad agency, she leads her team with a mix of vision, strategy, and just the right amount of caffeine. Her impressive portfolio includes work with brands like Texas de Brazil, Asian Mint, The Original Pancake House, and Big Brothers Big Sisters—just to name a few.
When she’s not busy designing, Kristin loves getting lost in music, strumming her guitar, binging movies, discovering new restaurants, and hanging out with her husband, daughter, and their cat, Charli.
