Founded by Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, Asian Mint has been a cherished neighborhood gem in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 2004. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the restaurant industry, Nikky and our design team had to think outside the box to adapt.
This led to the creation of ChefMint Meal Prep Kits, offering convenient, healthy, and delicious Asian-inspired meals that are easy to prepare at home. Each kit comes with fresh ingredients and step-by-step instructions, enabling customers to recreate restaurant-quality dishes in their own kitchens. To support the launch, I worked closely with Chef Nikky and her team to create a variety of print and digital assets. These materials promoted the ChefMint kits and other online products, tailored to appeal to her audience and help sustain revenue during the pandemic.
