In 2022, The Original Pancake House DFW (OPH-DFW) partnered with The Cloud Bread Company to introduce “Cloudies,” a heart-healthy bread alternative. This collaboration aimed to offer guests healthier breakfast options without compromising on taste, aligning with OPH-DFW’s commitment to enhancing traditional breakfast fare.
To effectively promote this new item and attract a more health-conscious audience, I collaborated with OPH-DFW leadership and our creative team to lead the branding and promotion of their spring 2022 limited-time Cloudie menu. From menus and social media to email campaigns and in-store signage, this effort boosted sales and proved so successful that OPH-DFW decided to make Cloudies a permanent addition to their menu.
